Nixpkgs with OpenGL on non-NixOS

Applications in `nixpkgs` handle OpenGL in a certain way. Using these applications outside of NixOS requires the use of a wrapper.

NixGL is known to work with KVM virtio gpu accelerated graphics
Tested with NVIDIA on some Ubuntu variants
